Hon. Bonface Lubanga Osanga, a three-term MCA, has been a transformative figure in the educational landscape since his initial election in 2013. Educational Infrastructure Development:

1.Namamba Girls’ School: Initiated the construction of four new classrooms, providing a conducive learning environment for the students.

2.Mabolo Primary School: Facilitated the acquisition of one acre of land, followed by the erection of two classrooms and essential sanitation facilities.

3.Busambe Secondary School: Established a single laboratory, enhancing the school’s scientific research capabilities.

4.Makokhwe Primary School: Constructed five classrooms and an Early Childhood Development (ECD) center, laying a strong foundation for early education.

5.Lutaso ECD Center: Successfully completed the construction of a new ECD center, fostering early childhood learning.

6.Kandai Educational Complex: Oversaw the construction of a staffroom, two classrooms, and an ECD center, significantly improving the educational infrastructure.

7.Busombi Secondary School: Built a dining hall, creating a communal space for students to dine and interact.
8.Bulonga Secondary School: Procured 2 acres of land earmarked for future educational projects.

10.Mabolo ECD Center: The center was awarded a contract, with preparations underway for the official commencement of construction.

11.Malanga ECD Center: Received budget approval from the Assembly and the cabinet, with procurement processes in progress.

Hon. Osanga has ensured that all ECD centers within the Khalaba ward received county funds to provide free ECD education.

Vocational Education Support:

12.Musamba Polytechnic: Completed the construction of classrooms, registered the institution, and secured government tutors, ensuring its operational status.
